A temporary change in purpose. Also, Thailand!

I'm shifting gears. At some point I want to have a whole big self-important post filled with stories from this weird transient summer, and I may very well get to it, but for the next 8 or so months this blog will be something of a travelogue. I'm going to Thailand! I'll be at the Discipleship Training School at the Youth With A Mission base in Bangkok, and I want this to be a place to both gather my thoughts and also to share with you about what's happening. I think that rather than starting a new separate blog that would wither as soon as I finish, it'd be better to do it here because I think that this trip has a lot to do with my vision for the blog. and also, it'll get me posting and hopefully give me a place to go from there.
